While the Pokemon still maintained its black color, red eyes, and overall design, its appearance was strikingly different, and somewhat similar to the design of a Digimon, as another fan remarked in the comments. The Dragon/Fire-type Reshiram received similar treatment, becoming smaller and rounder than before while still maintaining its most important characteristics, such as a pointy face, feathery wings, and fluffy tail.

This was an interesting design, as the unnamed Pokemon fusion took Ampharos’ body and overall shape, but it mixed with the color, carapace, eyes, and antlers from Heracross.
Other artists also employ the concept of baby Pokemon in fan art. Another recent work that stood out was apre-evolution for Drampathat was shared with the community last week. In this design, the artist made an adorable tiny version of Drampa, keeping details such as its fluffy fur and its big nose while shortening the long neck of the original design and going for a small body.
