About the Mournful Cry
The Mournful Cry is a hammer that players can wield in either hand. Some players may have a bias fora different type ofAssassin’s Creedweapon, but Mournful Cry’s benefits make it too good to pass up. Pre-enhancement, this weapon packs 59 Attack, 48 Skill, 76 Stun, 13 Weight, and a 53 Crit Pre (Crit Chance). The Mournful Cry’s critical hits temporarily poison weapons, which will be very useful when facing stronger foes.

Getting the Mournful Cry
Unlike some of the other weapons in the game, Mournful Cry can be bought from a vendor. The Mournful Cry weapon costs120 opals at Reda’s Shopin Ravensthorpe, which is available to players after the mission “Heavy is the Head.”
Reda’s Shopspecializes in rareAC Valhallaitemsand is split into Daily and Weekly Categories. Meaning if the Mournful Cry isn’t available, then players will have to keep checking until it appears in the shop. The Reset Time will always be 14:00 GMT while the Weekly Reset is scheduled on Tuesdays.
If low on opals, players can gain more by completing contracts or quests for Reba. Beware that some quests will expire after 24-hours while others may have a time limit that expires at the end of the week.
Locating the Mournful Cry may not be difficult for some players, but getting it can be quite a chore if they’re low on in-game currency or not sure what to do. Anyone looking to expand their weapon inventory will need to stay on top ofAssassin Creed Valhalla’sin-game schedules and resets.
