To note, it is highly recommended that players pin Fortune’s Fruit, via its entry in the Hunter’s Guide menu, if they are able to do so. For the uninitiated, pinned ingredients will glow yellow in the environment when viewed with Na’vi Senses, and this feature makes it much easier to target specificmaterials inAvatar: Frontiers of Pandora. Fortune’s Fruits grow onFortune Leaf Cane, a “giant, purple, big-leafed stalk plant” that appears in theKinglor Forest’s Big Leaf biomes.Avatar: Frontiers of Pandoraplayerscan find such a biomesurrounding the Glade of Light, which isapproximately 950m west of Hometree. To make locating this Big Leaf biome as easy as possible, here are several maps that showcase its precise position:
Upon reaching the relevant biome, players will find that there aretall purple plantsscattered about it, and Na’vi Senses will reveal that they are Fortune Leaf Canes and that Fortune’s Fruits are growing upon them. While players should be able to reach some of the lower fruits quite easily, they will need to look higher if they hope to find superior and exquisite variants of the ingredient. Indeed, rare Fortune’s Fruits grow near thetops of Fortune Leaf Canes,and players should hop on theirIkrans inAvatar: Frontiers of Pandoraand fly up to them.
Players should now position themselves justabovethe Fortune’s Fruit that they want to collect, pulling back on their Ikran to keep it in position. Fans should thendismount, making sure that theirAvatar: Frontiers of Pandoracharactercomes into contact with the ingredient as they fall. If that contact occurs, a pristine version of the Fortune’s Fruit will automatically be harvested, and players can repeat this process as many times as they want.
