Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold Warfans are just a few days away from the game’s midseason update, as the latest batch of content arrives this Thursday. Gamers can expect new things to do in every mode, ensuring that the freshCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold Warcontent is evenly spread throughout Zombies and multiplayer.

Though much of the roadmap focuses onnewCall of Duty: Warzonelocations, theCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold Warsections are just as interesting. For Multiplayer, the classicCall of Duty: Black Ops 2map Standoff will be joining the rotation. A faithful remaster, the location looks just like it did in the 2012 game, and it will be available for 6v6 fans to enjoy as soon as Season 3 Reloaded begins. With players being so fond of Standoff, it may not be long before it gets a 24/7 playlist.

Standoff will be accompanied bythe Multi-Team map Duga, which fans of Outbreak should already be familiar with. Centered around a massive satellite array, the map features several bunkers as well as a hidden remake of theCall of Duty: Black Opsmap Grid. Multiplayer fans will also get access to some redesigned medals, with the cosmetic design shaped around old school action films. Two brand-new modes will be added as well.

Starting on March 20, Die Hardpoint will be available. In terms of score, it isjust like regular Hardpoint, though capturing a Hardpoint provides a movement speed boost. It comes with a cost, though, as a 30 second timer ticks down that can only be stopped by standing on the point. Kills extend the timer and add more buffs, making the mode more fast-paced and intense. If the timer hits 0, players will die in an explosion like they do in the Cranked game mode. Week two will add the Rambo’s Gun Game playlist, with absurd weapons like the Death Machine and Combat Bow in the rotation.

Speaking of Cranked, the playlist will be returning to Zombies on May 20, incorporating Firebase Z in its second appearance. A new Orda world event will be added to Outbreak’s maps, giving players more optional content to complete. Fishing will be coming to Zombies, too, though the star of the show is undoubtedlyOutbreak’s upcoming story quest. The first of two main quests, with the second coming in Season 4, Treyarch has teased that this easter egg will set up the next Survival map in a major way — though details on how it will work remain a mystery.

Lastly, moreCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold Warweaponsare shown in the Roadmap, with the Baseball Bat set to come during launch week. Currently, the AMP63 Machine Pistol is scheduled for an in-season release date.
