Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Renetti Handgun is OP With the Right Attachments

Call of Duty: Modern WarfareSeason 3 is live, complete with a new Battle Pass that includes plenty of rewards for players to unlock. As usual, there is both a free version of the Battle Pass as well as a premium version, with players still able to unlock new guns in the game regardless of which version they buy. However, one of the new guns inCall of Duty: Modern WarfareSeason 3 is seemingly overpowered if players equip the right attachments.

The Renetti pistol inCall of Duty: Modern Warfarecan be one of the most powerful guns in the game. First players will need to unlock the Renetti handgun, which is done by reaching Tier 15 in theCall of Duty: Modern WarfareSeason 3 Battle Pass. When that’s done,Modern Warfareplayers will want to unlock the Mk3 Burst Mod attachment for the barrel, as well as the Akimbo perk, which will allow them to wield two Renetti handguns simultaneously.

With the Mk3 Burst Mod and theAkimbo perk,Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s Renetti pistol is easily one of the deadliest weapons in the entire game. This is especially true in close-quarters situations, with players using the setup to wreak havoc on small maps like Shoot House and Shipment.

Considering how powerful the Renetti pistol is inCall of Duty: Modern Warfarecurrently, it’s possible that Infinity Ward will nerf it in a future update. Infinity Ward has not been shy about nerfing weapons in the past, with the725 shotgun getting a number of balance changessince launch, and so it wouldn’t be surprising at all to see the Renetti reigned in a little bit.

In the meantime, there are even more new guns on the way forCall of Duty: Modern Warfarein Season 3. TheModern WarfareSeason 3 road maphas confirmed as much, though details on what exactly those new guns have in store have yet to be revealed.

WithInfinity Wardreleasing a newCall of Duty: Modern Warfareupdate on a weekly basis, fans may be able to get their hands on some new weaponry sooner rather than later.
