A YouTube video highlights the Conan-specific segment of theGood Game, Nice Tryepisode. Hosts Sonja Reid (aka OMGitsfirefoxx) and Aaron Bleyaert give Conan a lukewarm introduction, spawning more than a little sarcasm from the redhead. He’s then presented withCyberpunk 2077’s cover art, followed by clips of the game’s2019 E3 story trailer. Mr. O' Brien’s main issue off the bat is with V’s fashion choices. He asks if the samurai jacket collar serves any actual function, or if it’s just entirely poor taste in clothing. The montage of footage leads Conan’s confusion to only increase until he makes the revelation of there being “cyber” and “punk” elements (who would’ve thought) inCyberpunk 2077.

Conan is later asked what modifications he would make to his character in the world of Night City in the roughly eight-minute clip. Always giving “dad” responses to video games, rather than weapons or superhuman abilities, he just wants a “proportional body” Aaron Bleyaert attempts to give Conan a brief summarization of the game’s main objectives, only to have it mockingly reiterated back. While not totally convinced, Conan ends the video resolving to at least give it a try. Gamers can check out the entire podcast episode, which features in-game character andgame writer Alanah Pearceon most podcast platforms.

Conan popping into more gaming content is certainly a welcome surprise for fans. Many gamers are still holding out for the return ofClueless Gamer, the popular video game segment that was supposed to begetting its own show, but unfortunately has been nowhere to be found since 2019.

Cyberpunk 2077appears to be a rousing success, but it’s not all good news. While hitting record-breaking sales, the game is also causing some negative numbers. CD Projekt Red’s stock is reportedly dropping due to numerous bugs, glitches, and other launch issues amid the game’s release. However, a newhotfix forCyberpunk 2077has just been released to improve its performance.

Cyberpunk 2077is on PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One with PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions coming in 2021.
