One of the most notable updates is the menu-based combat system, but the full extent of what that means is unclear for now.
Footage from the initialCrisis Core Reuniontrailer suggests that combat will be sticking close to the original gameplay design from 2007. However, the mention of a menu-based combat system could allude to the game also featuring a semi-turn-based system akin toFinal Fantasy 7 Remake. Otherwise, the rest of these improvements patch up some of the most significant issues with theoriginalCrisis Core,like the stiff camera rotation due to the PSP only having one joystick.
However, some fans do appear to be upset at the voice-over updates toCrisis Core Reunion.
