Summons of the Deathless is a quest inDiablo 4’s Season of Blood questline, and it instructs players to complete Chapter 1 of the Season Journey. While fans that participated in the Season of the Malignant should be quite clear on how to approach that task, it may be a bit confusing to players that are new to seasonal content. This guide is written with that second group of players in mind, and it will help them complete Chapter 1 of the Season Journey and resolveDiablo 4’s Summons of the Deathless quest.

Fans should now set their sights on addressingsix of those eight objectives, which center aroundsalvaging items inDiablo 4, completing Dungeons, and more. Indeed, that is all that is required to complete Chapter 1 of the Season Journey and resolve the Summons of the Deathless quest, and players will free to continue working through the Season of Blood’s questline when that is done.

To note, while players only need to complete six of the eight objectives in Chapter 1 of the Season Journey, they may still want to address the other two. This is due to the fact that each of the tasks in the Season Journey awards Favor, which grants progress onDiablo 4’s seasonal Battle Pass. While it is true that those objectives are not the only ways to earn Favor, players that have their eyes on the top tiers of the Season of Blood Battle Pass are advised to pursue them nonetheless.

With respect to the specifics of that Battle Pass, it is composed of 90 Tiers, each of which awards a cosmetic item, emote, or currency. Those rewards can be viewed from within the Season menu, where the Season Journey is accessed, and players that purchase the Premium Battle Pass forDiablo 4’s Season of Bloodwill have the opportunity to earn all of them. Fans should not feel as though they must go Premium, though, as there are more 25 rewards on the Battle Pass’s free track.
