One such aspect is the PVP gameplay, which is implemented as a core mechanic in the game. Players start as mere adventurers and work their way up into one of two PVP factions, endlessly competing to prove themselves worthy of protectingDiablo Immortal’s world from demons and terror.
While becoming anImmortalis tricky,becoming a Shadowis a little less complicated. It can still be a bit confusing, though, since the game doesn’t offer players a straightforward quest to choose which side to join.

How To Become A Shadow In Diablo Immortal
There are two methods for becoming a Shadow inDiablo Immortal. The first is to win the Shadow Lottery, while the second is getting invited by someone who ownsAkeba’s Signet.
Winning the Shadow Lottery To Become A Shadow
Every day, at 12 PM, 6 PM, and 9 PM, theMysterious Patronat theWolf City TaverninWestmarchholds aShadow Lottery. After participating, players have to wait for an hour to find out the results. Upon winning the Shadow Lottery, they should go back to the Mysterious patron and talk to him. He will initiate a quest to talk to theBartender Baily.
When accepting the Bartender Bailey’s contract, players will be able to enter theCourt of Whispersto do multiple quests and impress multiple NPCs. The main three domains that players need to finish are Path of Blood, Raid the Vault, and winning against three Ancient Champions. All challenges are fairly easy becauseplayers can still take health potions when low on HP, meaning that they can be completed without breaking a sweat.
AfterimpressingDiablo Immortal’s NPCsand finishing the challenges, players will finally get their hands on two Akeba’s Signets. They can then return to the Mysterious Patron to get an invitation using one signet to become a member of the Shadows.
Getting Invited To Become A Shadow
The second Akeba’s Signet can be used to invite someone else to the faction. To do so, players simply need to press on a person and invite them to the Dark Clan. If they’re not in the Shadows yet, there’ll be another prompt to invite them to it. Once they approve, they’ll be a part of the Shadows immediately, without having to go through the three trials.
