How to Start the Customers Know Best in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Speak With Scrooge
To unlock the Customers Know Best quest, players will have tounlock Scrooge McDuck’s storeand raise their friendship with him to level two. The store can be unlocked by spending 1,000 Star Coins as a part of the Making Cents of Things story quest. To increase the friendship level quickly, consider giving him gifts and having conversations with him daily.
Once done, talk to Scrooge to begin the quest. During the conversation, he will tell players that keeping the customers happy is the key to a successful business. Subsequently, he will give them 2,000 Star Coins and ask them to buy and deliver blue furniture to Merlin. Therefore, players won’t have to spend their hard-earned cash to purchase the furniture.
Purchase and Deliver the Ice Throne to Merlin
After talking to Scrooge McDuck, purchase the Ice Throne, which is available at his store for 210 Star Coins. Apart from the Ice Throne, players also have the option to buy other furniture pieces of the same color, such as the Blue Dining Table, Dining Chair, etc.
Alternatively, if the blue furniture is not available at Scrooge McDuck’s store, players can alsomake it at a crafting station. Once done, head to Merlin and deliver him the Ice Throne. Upon receiving the furniture, Merlin will be delighted and tell players that doing business with Scrooge is always a pleasure.
Return to Scrooge McDuck
After delivering the desired piece of furniture to Merlin, players will have to head back to Scrooge McDuck and inform him of the successful delivery. Scrooge will express his delight upon receiving the good news and appreciate the player’s efforts. This will conclude the Customers Know Best quest, andplayers will get 210 friendship points.
