Elden Ringincludes a new type of trap, one that teleports players to another location in the world when ensnared. Teleporter Traps can be found throughout the game, and the target locations are not randomized. One Transporter Trap near the start of the game takes players to the far east of the map to the Sellia Crystal Tunnel, opening up a new area for exploration and progression.

Each Teleporter Trap inElden Ringis tied to a specific location, so every time you are ensnared (whether unintentionally or intentionally) you’ll be sent to the same place. Most of these locations are extremely far away from the Teleporter Trap itself, and they usually havea nearby Site of Lost Gracefor players to rest at and fast travel back to later on.

The Teleporter Trap that leads to the Sellia Crystal Tunnel sends players to a rickety shack far to the northeast. Leaving this tunnel and finding the Site of Lost Grace lets players escape and get back to the mainland, but there are plenty of reasons tostay and look around. It’s really not a bad idea to intentionally get caught in this Teleporter Trap to see more ofElden Ring’s expansive world.

Where To Find The Teleporter Trap To Sellia Crystal Tunnel and Caelid

The first Teleporter Trap in the game is found in Limgrave. From The First Step, the first open-world Site of Lost Grace, head to the lake to the northeast. You should find a location called The Dragonburnt Ruins on the edge of the lake. Here, there are a bunchof weak enemies who all seem to be praising Agheel, the Dragon who swoops in if you delve too far into the lake.

Look for a staircase leading down, which should lead to a chest. There are two of these areas in the Dragon-Burnt ruins, and one chest holds the Twinblade. The other will spew mist when the player opens it. If you stand here for a second or two, you will see a message saying you’ve been caught in the Teleporter Trap, and will be whisked away to Sellia Crystal Tunnel and Caelid.
