Every weekFortnitegives players a big list of challenges to do unique things in the game and grab up XP, like theXP coin locations. One of the many challenges this week inFortniteis to dance in front of the cameras at Sweaty Sands. So get ready to dance for an audience.
This Week’s Challenges
With a leak confirming that Black Manta is coming toFortnite, players most likely have a sweetSuperhero vs. Supervillain eventto look forward to in the coming months. But until then, they can build up more XP for the season with these challenges.

In order to get as much XP as possible this week, players will have to complete all the challenges for Week 4. These include: Search Chests at Salty Springs, Eliminations at Holly Hedges, Collect Floating Rings at Pleasant Park, Complete a lap at Motorboat Mayhem, Land at Frenzy Farm and finish Top 25, Collect Metal from Rickety Rig, and Dance on camera for 10s at Sweaty Sands. Although theFloating Rings challenge is still broken for mostplayers, they can still complete everything else, including dancing for the cameras.
Dancing for the Cameras
So how does a player dance inFortnite? All dances show up as emotes, so players will have to open their emoting menu while in-game to choose a dance. A players' emote menu button will change depending on which console or version ofFortnitethat they are playing. AllFortniteplayers have at least one dance to start off with, but can purchase additional dances in the shop, or at least as long asFortnitedoesn’t get sued for any more dances.
Where to Dance
The challenge states that players have to dance for ten seconds for the cameras in Sweaty Sands. The easiest way to accomplish this is to go early in the game, dropping right into Sweaty Sands as soon as players get off of the bus. Look for the boardwalk in Sweaty Sands, which is the northern-most part of it. It’s very close to where theTravis Scott stage was set for those challengesback in April.
Once there,Fortniteplayers should check around them to ensure they won’t get shot while doing their ten-second dance. Ten seconds doesn’t sound like a lot of time until there are bullets flying around. Once a player is standing on the lighted dance floor in front of the cameras, choose any dance from the emote menu and dance until a pop up states that the challenge is complete.
