TheYouTubepersonality known as Froggy Fresh has been removed from Creator Clash 2, the second annual charity fight that garnered huge success by pitting famous internet personalities and content creators against one another in boxing. With the recent surge in demand forlive fights starring internet personalities, Creator Clash strives to give fans of these personalities a one-of-a-kind experience that also benefits charity, but it looks like Froggy Fresh will not be included this year.Froggy Fresh first gained popularity on YouTube through his music. Since then, he’s entered the halls of internet history thanks to his viral channel. It was originally planned for Froggy to be one of the many featured creators who were set to face each other in the second Creator Clash, aptly named Creator Clash 2. Last year’s first Creator Clash, organized by iDubbbz, saw great success, and the event raised over $1.3 million for charities like the American Heart Association and the Alzheimer’s Association of America. Popularcontent creators like JustaMinxtook to the boxing ring to give viewers an action packed night of fighting while supporting some great causes. Many of Froggy Fresh’s fans were looking forward to his turn in the ring, but that now unfortunately seems unlikely.RELATED:Disguised Toast Reveals All-Female Valorant Team RosterWith only a few weeks away until the fights, iDubbbz decided to cut Froggy Fresh last minute due to some Twitter drama involving iDubbbz’s mother-in-law. However, theYouTubestar’s hard work and training may not go to waste. Shortly after the cancelation of Froggy’s Creator Clash appearance, Misfits Boxing quickly jumped in to offer Froggy a contract.
Misfit’s Boxing’s co-founder, who also happens to beKSI’s manager, sent Froggy a tweet welcoming him to Misfits Boxing any time, and even made a quip about not having to worry about anyone’s mother-in-law. If this offer is legit, it would at least give Froggy a new opportunity to prove himself and show off the efforts of his training.
It’s unfortunate that Froggy Fresh was cut from the event so close to the day of the fights. Facing disappointment from many of Froggy’s fans and even other creators, perhaps Creator Clash will eventually rescind the decision to cut the internet musician. With influencer fights becoming increasingly popular thanks tocreators like Logan Paul, many different types of personalities are wanting in on the fighting action. From game streamers to musicians, influencer fights are the new rage in boxing, and hopefully Froggy will get his chance to make his mark.
