A recent update shared by prominentGenshin Impactleaker Tao via fellow leaker Uncle YC has confirmed there-run banner change for Version 4.3. According to the post, Albedo will not be receiving a re-run banner during the Version 4.3 update with his position reportedly replaced by Inazuma’s first five-star character, Ayaka. The shift aligns with recent voiceline leaks, suggestingAyaka will play a major role in Version 4.3’s event. The update’s main event is heavily speculated to take place in Inazuma, due to prominent voicelines for several Inazuma characters.

Since her debut with Inazuma’s launch in Version 2.0, Ayaka has stood as one ofGenshin Impact’s most popular and powerful characters.Ayaka’s past re-run bannershave typically posted impressive revenue earnings for HoYoverse, regularly sitting as some of the game’s highest-earning gacha banners. Her potential as a DPS has been understood since her launch, with Ayaka commonly seen as one of the RPG’s most powerful damage-oriented characters. Ayaka also received her own character skin during the Version 3.4 update with a design inspired by Fontaine.

Ayaka’s appearance in Version 4.3’s limited banners is expected to follow not long after the return of her brother to the gacha. The upcoming Version 4.2 update has been heavily speculated to featureAyaka’s older brother Kamisato Ayatoas a re-run banner, serving as the head of Inazuma’s Yashiori Commission. Ayaka previously featured on her first re-run banner during the same update as her brother’s release in Version 2.6. The return of Ayaka toGenshin Impact’s limited banner will likely see many more players looking to pick up the powerful, fan-favorite character.
