AGenshin Impactchart reveals the most popular characters in the current version of the Spiral Abyss. This unique domain is widely considered the hardest piece of content in the game as it requires players to use their strongest team composition in order to overcome all 12 floors.
Each floor has three chambers that include various waves of different enemies which need to be defeated within a certain time frame for Travelers to collect rewards. These enemies have different elemental weaknesses which means thatGenshin Impactplayers need to adapt their parties to take advantage of these weak points.

Reddit user hammy851 has shared an interesting chat that reveals the most used characters in phase 1 of the current Spiral Abyss. At the top of the list with an 87% usage rate is the famous Dendro Archon Nahida, also known as Lesserd Lord Kusanali, who’s currentlyfeatured on the Limited Character Banner alongside Nilou. At the moment, Nahida is by far the best Dendro character in the game since she has the ability to constantly apply Dendro damage. She is also very flexible thanks to her Elemental Burst which provides different kinds of buffs depending on the element it interacts with. While Nahida’s primary role is support, players can also use her in the main DPS role if they manage to get most of her constellation levels.
The second most popular character in the current Spiral Abyss is the Hydro bow user Yelan who was also recently featured on a limited banner. Her last banner appearance alongside the Pyro user Hu Tao hassmashedGenshin Impact’s overall revenue record. She is probably the best five-star Hydro support in the game who can deal tons of damage even when she’s not on the field.
The Pyro user Bennet is the highest-ranking four-star character on the list which does not come as a surprise. Since his release,Bennett has always been an S-tier supportthanks to his Fantastic Voyage which provides one of the best healing effects in the game as well as a decent damage buff.
At the fourth spot with a 73.6% usage rate is another Archon, the popular protector of Inazuma known as Raiden Shogun. Just like the three other Archons, Raiden’s strength lies in her ability to adapt to almost any team composition in the game. Overall, Raiden Shogun is probably themost popular character inGenshin Impact’s playable roster.
