Hogwarts Legacyfollows a young fifth-year student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry as they embark on a perilous journey to stop a powerful goblin from waging war on wizardkind. This tale is mostly told through the main story, but players will also be given a great deal of time to explore the world and uncover its hidden secrets in between quests.

The world ofHogwarts Legacyis chock-full of secrets, so finding them all can take a considerable amount of time and effort, especially if players are hoping to experience everything the game has to offer. Hogwarts Castle itself is no exception, as certain areas, likethe secret room in the Faculty Tower, are extremely well-hidden.
Updated August 26th, 2023: Players who are trying to get their hands on theFaculty Tower Collection ChestinHogwarts Legacywill have to uncover the secret room hidden behind a locked door in theFaculty Tower. Although this room is pretty well hidden, players who know where to go should have no trouble uncovering the secrets within theFaculty Towerarea and snagging theFaculty Tower Collection ChestinHogwarts Legacy. How To Find The Entrance To The Secret Room In The Faculty Tower
Players who have explored the majority of Hogwarts Castle during their playthrough will likely have happened upon the entrance to the secret room in the Faculty Tower at some point, but they probably didn’t realize there was a way to get inside due to the way the entrance is presented.
To find the entrance,the player should fast-traveltothe Faculty Tower Floo Flamein The South Wing, proceed down the hallway, and enter through the first door on the right, next to where Gladwin Moon is standing. From here, they should use the stairs to travel up two floors, where they will be faced with aLevel 3 Lockpreventing them from accessing Professor Sharp’s room.
to enter this room, the player will first need to have completedThe Caretaker’s Lunar Lamentand found22 Demiguise statueshidden throughout the world. Once this has been accomplished, Gladwin Moon will teach the protagonist how to unlock Level 3 Locks.

Once inside Professor Sharp’s room, the player can take a moment to explore their surroundings and open the chests scattered around. To open thechest with the sentient eyein the room on the right, they will first need to castthe Disillusionment spellwhile out of sight.
Upon obtaining everything these rooms have to offer, the player should return to the first room and approach the open fire. Castingthe Glacius spellwill extinguish the flames, permitting the player tocrouch underneath the fireplaceand enter into the Faculty Tower’s secret room.
All Collectibles In The Faculty Tower Secret Room
Once the player has crawled through the fireplace, they will need to ascend the stairs to their right in order to access the Faculty Tower’s secret room. There, there cancast Revelioto reveal a chest and a dragon statue bowl.
Opening the chest will reward players with theShell - Metallicwand handle, and castingConfringo or Incendioon the dragon statue bowl will reveal aField Guide page. As well as finding these collectibles, the player can also take some time to admire the artwork Professor Sharp has placed around the room.
Hogwarts Legacyis available now on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. PS4 and Xbox One versions will release on April 4, and a Switch version will release on July 25.
