Matt Groening’sDisenchantmentis gearing up to make its triumphant return to Netflix. With Part Four premiering on Wednesday, June 10, 2025, the streaming platform has continued to tease the new season — this time by debuting a full-length trailer and brand-new key art.
This animated series comes from the acclaimed cartoonist, best known for being the brains behind the longest-running animated sitcom in the United States,The Simpsons. But,Disenchantmentdraws its eyes on new, original subjects: the mead-slinging Queen Bean, her naive elf pal Elfo, and her mischievous-but-lovable demon Luci, all respectively voiced by Abbi Jacobson, Eric Andre, and Nat Faxon.

The new addition to the series is expected to explore the background of the magical realm Dreamland. The synopsis teases that the loved trio will “find themselves on personal journeys that will ultimately tie in to the kingdom’s fate.” While the end of Season 3 saw the show’s lead characters venture off into separate directions, the new trailer offers some relief for any worrywart viewers. It starts off with the heroes returning home in a wooden plane-like object, much to the dismay of the town’s citizens. However, the question still remains: How did they reunite?
As thejust overtwo-minute trailer continues, it is clear that the town is unsettled by Bean’s reign as Queen of Dreamland. A voiceover is heard of her saying, “lots of people want to take over this castle,” as a montage plays, teasing the differentdangerous antics that will swarm the trio.
Many other twists and turns are teased, including a possible elf uprising. Netflix writes that the trio will “find themselves everywhere from the depths of Hell to the clouds of Heaven and everywhere in between, including Ogreland, Steamland, underwater, monasteries, insane asylums, the Enchanted Forest, the Dreamscape and more.” They go on to tease the character development and world-building that will continue in the upcoming ten episodes.
In addition to the action-packed trailer, Netflix also dropped an eye-catching key art graphic. In the image, the trio can be seen flying in a wood-and-glass bubble, along with a horse. Bean and Elfo have an intense look on their face as they fly away from the castle. Luci trails below them, heading in the same direction. Through tell-all voiceover sequences and, what sounds like, the inspirational beats of Bonnie Tyler’s “Holding Out For A Hero,” it seems as though the series is ready to show Bean in a new light, showcasingher newfound love for her kingdom, Dreamland.
