Trebol in One Piece

8Trebol/Pica/Diamante

Bounty: 99 Million Berries Each

Trebol, Pica, and Diamante were three of Doflamingo’s most valuable underlings. They commanded their own armies and were absolutely incredible in terms of power. All of them possessed a bounty of 99 million berries on their heads.

Their bounties were frozen a long time ago, thanks to Doflamingo being a Warlord. Their true bounties would have been much higher than that and could easily have crossed into the 300 million berri territory. Thankfully, Doflamingo being a Shichibukai meant that his crew could simply do whatever they wanted without raising any infamy.

6Doflamingo

Bounty: 340 Million Berries

Doflamingo was one of the strongest Shichibuki and, at the same time, the king of Dress Rosa. Given that he was one of the Warlords, it is quite clear to see why his bounty was inactive.

Essentially, because of his Warlord status, the amount was frozen for quite a long time so, no matter what he did, it would not get any higher and he would not be hunted either, making the bounty itself pointless. Later on, when his true nature was discovered, Doflamingo was defeated by Luffy and was subsequently locked in Impel Down Level 6. This means that his bounty is no longer active.
