Redditor I_S_U_K_A_ posted a series of fan art made by artist Meziosaur on the officialOverwatchsubreddit. In all, there are seven images showing the heroes ofOverwatch 2inStreet Fighterstyle, and the result is impressive. Some art stands out; Hanzo appears as Ryu, who has a custom alternate with a beard dubbed “Hot Ryu”. Pharah got a nice rendering as Makoto, and Junkrat got a great version as Adon. The dreaded Reaper turned M. Bison, one of thecharacters who immortalized theStreet Fighterfranchise.
Other notable artwork shows Roadhog as Birdie, in a great combination of the similar design of the two characters. The monk Zenyatta has become the yoga master Dhalsim, while the cheerful Tracer has become Sakura. Akuma is one of themost powerful characters inStreet Fighter, and Winston appears as the user of Satsui no Hado. In a more fun side, little Wrecking Ball got a version of sumo wrestler E. Honda.
