Pokemon GOFest 2023 is set to occur in multiple cities worldwide, with two gameplay areas available in each location. The event locations are London, England; Osaka, Japan; and New York City (NYC), USA. The London and Osaka GO Fest will be active from August 4 to 6, while the NYC event will run from August 18 to 20. Additionally, players can partake in a two-day GO Fest 2023 Global event on August 26 and 27, 2023. The event offers two Timed Research Storylines, one of which is the Shimmering Strides Timed Research.

Pokemon GO Shimmering Strides: All Timed Research Tasks and Rewards
ThePokemon GOFest 2023ticket holders can access two Timed Research storylines. The first Timed Research, centered around Carbink, is no longer obtainable since the tickets are no longer available. However, the second Timed Research, Shimmering Strides, is currently accessible to ticket purchasersbefore August 02, 2025.
The Shimmering Strides Timed Research has just 1 Step with multiple tasks. Completing these tasks before August 26, 10am local time, rewards players withmultiple in-game items. The Timed Research ranges from a simple task of exploring the neighborhood to completing several otherPokemon GOField Research tasks. While it might not take much effort for players to complete the Shimmering Strides Timed Research, it is one of the most celebrated due to the reward of Carbink Shoes.

Apart from the Timed Research tasks,Pokemon GOFest 2023 offers the debut ofMega Rayquaza in raids. Also, special Pocket Monsters will appear in four unique habitats; Quartz Terrarium, Pyrite Sands, Malachite Wilderness, and Aquamarine Shores.
