Some users have already reported the issue to PlayStation, and the support representative claims that all troubleshooting steps were performed on their end. However, PlayStation Support is escalating the reported issues for review since many more reports are being made, implying that the issue may be more widespread than initially anticipated. Bandai Namco has yet to officially respond to the issues surrounding theDragon Ball Z: KakarotPS5 upgrade.
