Recently, one gamer decided to recreate Abigail, one of thesix Bachelorettes found inStardew Valley, inElden Ring.
In a post on Reddit, a user known as love-ghostie shared a picture of their created character inElden Ring. Specifically, the Reddit user had designed the character to look likeAbigail fromStardew Valley, and the resemblance was impressive. WhileStardew Valleyis a 2D-pixel art game, love-ghostie utilized the various sliders inElden Ring’s creation tool to imagine what the villager would look like in a 3D world. Besides copying Abigail’s facial features and skin color to the best of their ability, they were able to replicate her purple hair, one of the character’s defining features from the game.

When uploading the post to Reddit, love-ghostie wrote, “Giving Abigail the adventure she deserves,” and many in the community approved of the player’s efforts. Since the creator shared the image, more than 1.4K users have already upvoted the post, with many commenting on the design. Among the comments, some gamers suggested Abigail would likelyuse gravity sorcery inElden Ringif she were a part of the game’s world.
This latest creation from love-ghostie is another example of the creativity of theElden Ringcommunity. Over the past couple of years, players have used the creation tools to replicate the likenesses of many famous characters in games, movies, and TV. For example, one player created Doom Slayer inElden Ring, while another fan madeSimon Belmont fromCastlevania, to name a few.
Beyond community-created characters and art, 2024 is an exciting year forStardew Valley andElden Ringfans. In March, ConcernedApe releasedUpdate 1.6 forStardew Valley, which brought tons of new content to the game. In addition, FromSoftware is scheduled to release its highly-anticipated Shadow of the Erdtree DLC forElden Ringlater in June, bringing a new story and formidable foes for players to challenge.
