4Skills
Each companion in Starfieldhas their own respective skill set, making them capable of things such as improved assistance in combat, improving the player’s ship’s weapon systems, and even having the ability to manage player outposts to a high standard. Andreja has her own attributes, which allow her to be rather handy during stealth gameplay and space dogfights.
Stealth (Level IV):

In combat, Particle Beam Weapons are 30% more damaging.

3Romance
In Starfield, the 4 romance-able companions each have personal multi-step quests. These can be completed by improving the player’s friendship level with them. Most of the game’s companion quests are unlocked by the companion approaching the protagonist, leading to an in-depth dialogue. Depending on how these interactions are handled, player-companion relationships can endure and even lead to marriage. In the instance of Andreja, she opens up about her past over several different interactions. After talking to her several times, fans will be prompted to assist her: unlocking the quest “Divided Loyalties.”
Upon accepting the quest, Andreja will lead the protagonist on an emotional quest to track down two friends from her past life. “Divided Loyalties” isn’t a quest for the faint-hearted and will lead fans of Starfieldto make a difficult decision along the way.Once completed, players will be able to continue Andreja’s questline after various other interactions with her, so long as the player keeps her happy with their decision-making in the main story, as well as side quests.

When following the necessary dialogue options and using the “flirt” option at the correct time, Andreja will eventually become a candidate for marriage. Marrying a companion is necessary for any player who wants to achieve 100% achievements in Starfield, as it is required to unlock the “Starcrossed” achievement on Xbox and Steam
2Voice Actor
Andreja’s voice actor, Cissy Jones, has a voice that will be easily recognizable to many gamers. Having been credited for voice acting roles in popular games such asRed Dead Redemption 2;Grand Theft Auto V;The Walking Dead;Destiny 2andFirewatch;For her role as Delilah in 2016’s critically acclaimedFirewatch, she won a BAFTA games award in the Performer category. As a matter of fact, it was revealed that Cissy Jones and fellow Starfield voice actor Elias Toufexis were originally cast for the game’s female and male protagonist voice roles, respectively.
However, it has also been disclosed that Bethesda eventually opted to revert to having a silent protagonist; it could be assumed that this was due to the fact that someFalloutfans were unhappy with the voice acting inBetheda’s2015 release,Fallout 4.
1House Va’ruun
As previously mentioned, Andreja is a former member of the House Va’ruun, a mysterious theocracy within the settled systems. House Va’ruun is one of three interstellar governments: with the other two beingthe Freestar Collective, andthe United Colonies.
According to lore, House Va’ruun was founded by Jinaan Va’ruun in 2190 after he claimed to be contacted by an ethereal being known as “The Great Serpent.” Although the Freestar Collective and United Coloniesplay an integral part in various questlinesthroughout the game: House Va’ruun remains a mysterious collective, of which little is known. In fact, Andreja herself doesn’t even know where her House Va’ruun compatriots are, nor does she know the coordinates to her home planet: Va’ruunkai.
Despite the secrecy, players can still occasionally find aggressive, extremist remnants of House Va’ruun scattered across the settled systems called Va’ruun zealots, who will attack the player on sight. According to Andreja, the zealots have misinterpreted the Great Serpent’s teachings, as well as warped the faith of House Va’ruun; under the impression that all non-believers are under a curse, the Zealots yearn to irradicate non-believers from the universe, before the Great Serpent ultimately consumes it.
If the player pursues building a relationship with Andreja, more details will unravel regarding House Va’ruun. However, it should be noted that it seems as though Bethesda could have deliberately left questions hanging in the balance regarding the mysterious theocracy,to include them in future DLC for Starfield.
