AZelda: Tears of the Kingdomplayer has created a laser destroyer, which seems to be composed of a stabilizer, a Construct Head, and flame emitters. AlthoughTears of the Kingdomhas only been out for a few weeks, players have come up with all sorts of war machines that could clear hordes of enemies in seconds. Some members of theZeldacommunity even founded the Hyrule Engineering Club, a Reddit forum where players show off impressive builds and engage in creativity.
Tears of the Kingdomlaunched to widespread praise among fans and critics on May 12 and went on to smash the Guinness World Record for the fastest-selling Nintendo game of all time. In the first three days of its launch,Tears of the Kingdomsold 10 million copies to snatch the record title previously held bySuper Smash Bros. Ultimate. These numbers are on par with the global sales ofPokemon Scarlet and Violet, which surpassed 10 million copies in the first three days of their launch.

A creativeZelda: Tears of the Kingdomplayer, who goes by normal_person_uwu on Reddit, showed a functional laser destroyer they built in the game. The player appears to have used a variety of Zonai devices in order to get it functional including a stabilizer as well as getting upgraded with flame, frost, and lightning emitters. When asked how this laser destroyer can automatically fire at enemies, the original poster said they used a Construct Head, whichplayers can obtain from Zonai Device Dispensers.
Construct Heads are one ofTears' of the Kingdom’s Zonai devices, which can automatically target and fire at nearby enemies when paired with weapons like emitters or cannons. In exchange for Zonai Charges, players can attain these portable items from a number of places in game like Device Dispensers encountered in the Sky Islands. Each Device Dispenser has a different set of Zonai devices that players can get from them, which can then be used to make incredible contraptions.
Thanks to the creative nature ofLink’s Ultrahand ability, players can always find new ways to have fun withTears of the Kingdom.
